At Wheeling Jesuit, Mrs. White was tapped for Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honorary Society, the highest honor accorded to students at Jesuit universities. She was also inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, the Criminal Justice Honor Society, and won the Outstanding Senior Criminal Justice Award for earning the highest GPA in her major. During law school, Mrs. White worked in the Capital Law School Legal Clinic, handling criminal, domestic and landlord-tenant cases. She also assisted individuals with wills. As a legal intern, she also worked as an assistant prosecutor. She completed an externship with Judge Kay A. Lias in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic and Juvenile Division.
